What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture for Flutter projects, making critical decisions on state management, app structure, and native integration.
• Mentor and elevate a team of Flutter engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Drive the adoption of engineering best practices by establishing standards for testing, CI/CD, performance monitoring, and code quality.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend leads to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Own the end-to-end quality and delivery of major product features, from initial concept to deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in native iOS & Android app development, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter.
• Proven track record of leading the development of complex, shipped applications.
• Demonstrated ability to guide technical decision-making for a team.
• Deep and extensive expertise in Flutter, encompassing advanced state management (Bloc, Riverpod), dependency injection, animations, and crafting clean architecture.
• Strong strategic mindset, able to consider the long-term health, scalability, and business impact of technical solutions.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of building consensus between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
