What you will do
- Identify and engage complex Enterprise prospects from a defined Book of Business via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to uncover complex enterprise opportunities.
- Set the stage for successful high-value sales conversations and collaborate closely with Account Executives.
- Build strong relationships through consultative selling, nurturing long sales cycles, and establishing yourself as a thought leader.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop industry expertise to act as a trusted consultant on HR, wellness, and people trends.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn.
- Tenacious and goal-driven with a proactive mindset and passion for driving success.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and embrace change in a dynamic work environment.
- Coachable, creative, and collaborative.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level stakeholders.
- Requires 3 days onsite in Miami, FL, US office.
