What you will do
- Engage with new strategic accounts and develop customized solutions for Enterprise prospects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Generate pipeline and lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on impactful business outcomes.
- Represent hirify.global at key industry events, showcasing its vision and capabilities.
- Inspire and empower others by caring for personal and team wellbeing.
Requirements
- Proven success in SaaS enterprise sales new logo acquisition (501+ FTEs in UK) with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and working on ticket sizes of £100K - £500K+.
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles (9 months+) and fostering long-term relationships.
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders across HR, finance, and business functions.
- Skilled at navigating intricate procurement processes and presenting compelling value propositions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in using data effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present commercial insights.
