What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex client XR software projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate internal teams, managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Foster strong client relationships through clear and professional communication.
• Align project priorities with client objectives, delivering measurable value.
• Identify and mitigate risks early to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track and report progress continuously, providing transparent updates to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in customer-facing software project management, with a proven record of delivering complex projects for enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead performance-driven, cross-functional, international teams.
• Deep knowledge of industry standards, tools, methodologies, and best practices in software project management.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills under pressure.

Nice to have

• Background in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience with VR/XR/MR technologies.
