Product Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement.
• Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes (roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrum, sprint reviews).
• Monitor risks, quality, and project progress.
• Constantly communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business process, goals, objectives, and strategy.
• Analyze user behavior, gather necessary data to systematize feedback into effective solutions.
• Own product backlog, ensuring it is well-structured, prioritized, decomposed, and stories are sufficiently described for implementation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, or Product Management.
• English: C1+ proficiency required for clear and active written and spoken communication with native speakers.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C products.
• Ability to set up collaboration between internal and external stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of development methodologies (Kanban, Agile, SCRUM).
• Proficiency with tools like GSuite, Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Notion, Trello, Figma, and Slack.

Nice to have

• Prototyping skills.
• Engineering or QA experience.
• Experience working with MVP stage products.
