What you will do
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement.
- Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes (roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrum, sprint reviews).
- Monitor risks, quality, and project progress.
- Constantly communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business process, goals, objectives, and strategy.
- Analyze user behavior, gather necessary data to systematize feedback into effective solutions.
- Own product backlog, ensuring it is well-structured, prioritized, decomposed, and stories are sufficiently described for implementation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, or Product Management.
- English: C1+ proficiency required for clear and active written and spoken communication with native speakers.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C products.
- Ability to set up collaboration between internal and external stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Deep knowledge of development methodologies (Kanban, Agile, SCRUM).
- Proficiency with tools like GSuite, Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Notion, Trello, Figma, and Slack.
