TL;DR

Team Lead Recruitment (Fintech): Coordinating and mentoring a talent acquisition team to optimize recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring experience with an accent on closing management and C-level positions, developing sourcing strategies, and leveraging recruitment analytics. Focus on building and improving recruitment processes from scratch, collaborating with hiring managers, and representing the company's HR brand in a dynamic fintech environment.

Location: Fully remote work with flexible hours (within the CET time zone) from any location of your choice. Must be based in Europe, including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans, or be able to work within Central European Time (CET).

What you will do

  • Coordinate and support the recruitment team, managing selected positions independently.
  • Set goals, provide mentoring, and drive team development.
  • Develop and optimize strategies for sourcing and attracting candidates for key positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and expectations.
  • Implement best practices, leveraging modern tools and automation, and ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Work with analytics to improve process efficiency, generate reports, and analyze labor market trends.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in a Team Lead or Recruitment Manager role managing a team of 5+ people.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing management and C-level positions.
  • Practical experience in recruiting for IT, product companies, or outsourcing/outstaffing.
  • Experience building recruitment processes from scratch or significantly improving existing ones.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Expertise in various sourcing and candidate assessment methods, with experience in recruitment analytics.

  • Experience in companies with partially or fully remote teams.
