• Develop a roadmap for the product area in accordance with business strategy, increasing its transparency for stakeholders and making changes in case of context changes.
• Oversee the product metrics of the direction, designing and changing the hierarchy of metrics. Achieve the set goals for product metrics, based on developed principles of operation, strategy, and financial goals.
• Manage a team, ensuring work efficiency and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle.
• Organize product discovery and product delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and rapid time to market (TTM).
• Work with stakeholders, maintaining measurability of work, presenting solutions, and building processes.

Требования

• Lead+ / Product owner or СРО level.
• Experience in creating and developing operational products, financial instruments, and talent management platforms (back-office, fintech, HRtech products).
• Experience in SaaS and B2B products, as well as at the intersection of online and offline business.
• Experience in creating products from scratch and working with monetization models.
• Experience managing 2+ product teams.
