What you will do
- Be responsible for the Entire Recruitment Lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT talent.
- Source candidates, evaluate applicant qualifications, and check references.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the right talent.
- Actively promote the company’s culture, values, and unique selling points to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand within the tech community.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating with HR and hiring managers to facilitate onboarding processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills.
- Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- At least an Upper Intermediate level of English.
