What you will do

• Develop and improve ML/LLM models (NLP, embedding-based search, decision pipelines).
• Build and validate agent-based scenarios (tool use, reasoning, self-evaluation).
• Analyze large datasets in Databricks (SparkSQL, Delta Lake).
• Design logging systems and experiment-tracking pipelines (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
• Integrate models into a multi-component environment (API, orchestration framework, vector DB), optimize inference, and monitor system quality.
• Conduct A/B experiments and perform statistical analysis of results.
• Document processes and participate in architectural discussions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience developing and deploying ML models in cloud environments (Databricks, AWS, GCP).
• Good knowledge of ML and NLP libraries (Scikit-learn, Transformers, LangChain, llama-index).
• Understanding of LLM system architecture, RAG pipelines, and embeddings.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools: MLflow, Docker, CI/CD.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to data quality.
• English: B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph).
• Knowledge of cloud orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, Lakehouse architecture).
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
