What you will do

• Drive frontend architecture and implementation of web applications, delivering pixel-perfect, performant user interfaces.
• Design and build APIs, integrate with backend systems, and step into backend work when needed.
• Prototype, iterate, and ship features in collaboration with product and design.
• Advocate for frontend best practices, mentor teammates, and shape coding standards.
• Participate in architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Balance speed and quality: build fast, reliable, and testable code.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 5+ years focused on front-end engineering.
• Deep mastery of React, Next.js, UI architecture, styling, animations, responsive design.
• Strong system design skill, especially for frontend and middleware architectures.
• Proven track record integrating frontend with backend.
• Experience working from Figma / design mockups to production code with high fidelity.
• Excellent communication skills; can articulate UI decisions, trade-offs, and technical complexity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python / web frameworks
• Familiarity with security practices on client-side / web apps, esp. in regulated domains.
