Location: Hybrid in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with remote flexibility when needed. Core communication hours aligned to New York time (15:00–23:00 Tashkent).

What you will do

• Create polished, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to continuously improve UX flows.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to ensure smooth handoff and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable UI components.
• Stay current on UI/UX trends, AI-driven design practices, and modern product patterns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Advanced proficiency in modern design tools, primarily Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility best practices.
• Strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate smoothly with product and engineering teams.
• English: B2 required.

• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development concepts.
