TL;DR

Senior Solutions Consultant (Fintech): Supporting the sales team in demonstrating how hirify.global’s RiskOps platform can address clients' needs with an accent on financial crime. Focus on solution design, technical sales discussions, and managing RFP proposals across Europe.

Location: This is a remote role, with travel as required across Europe.

What you will do

  • Provide product demonstrations and lead technical sales discussions both remote and onsite across Europe.
  • Assist the sales team in leading tailored value-driven pitches focused on financial crime.
  • Understand client business needs and offer solution designs to address those needs.
  • Manage formal Tenders (i.e., RFPs, RFIs).
  • Build formal proposals and ensure translation of business needs into technical requirements.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders, from Product to Delivery, to ensure proper staffing and market insights are shared.

Requirements

  • BS or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent with proven experience in Enterprise Software sales and strong technical acumen.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Solution Consultant in complex environments, supporting teams to land and expand client’s portfolio.
  • Proven experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically Financial Crime.
  • Relevant commercial/sales experience as a Solution Consultant/Pre-sales Engineer, supporting quota carriers in selling enterprise-level software in complex environments.
  • Experience at a growth-stage Enterprise software SaaS company.
  • Ability to understand and determine an enterprise's client’s needs through a consultative approach.
  • Strong business acumen with executive presence, presentation skills, and listening skills.
  • Must be organized and able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly driven, organized, ambitious, and tenacious with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across Europe.
