What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on implementation for complex full-stack features.
• Champion engineering best practices including test automation, code quality, and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product direction.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of growth and ownership.
• Own projects from a technical perspective, from conceptualization to launch.
• Research, propose, test, and implement new techniques and technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-stack development with C# and .NET/Core, ideally in SaaS products.
• Proven ability to influence architecture, drive technical decisions, and align engineering efforts.
• Strong experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong experience developing scalable Web APIs.
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server preferred), including performance tuning and schema design.
• Passion for TDD and test automation (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud.

Nice to have

• Azure DevOps experience.
