What you will do

• Drive key Focal initiatives and influence the strategic product roadmap.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and customer success teams to execute the product vision.
• Work with large retailers to integrate technology into operational processes.
• Manage and prioritize features and bugs.
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for model and infrastructure performance.
• Proactively understand issues and areas for improvement through client interviews and visits.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience, preferably 2+ years in a product management role managing a B2B data-heavy SaaS application.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and data science, with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to plan and manage a long-term product roadmap and lead initiatives with tangible results.
• Recent startup experience; team player.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Technical degree (EE, CS, Math, Stats).
• Ability to speak German to converse with DACH client base.
