TL;DR

Director of Business Development & Partnerships (Healthcare): Leading the partnerships team, managing relationships with potential partners, negotiating commercial and economic agreements, and ensuring fast and efficient delivery of contracted goods and services. Focus on cross-functional collaboration, including product, engineering, legal, operations, and medical teams, in a fast-paced environment.

Location: US Remote. Must be based in the US.

Salary: $225K – $265K

What you will do

  • Run relationships with potential partners and manage all commercial and economic agreements.
  • Ensure fast and efficient delivery of contracted goods and services.
  • Run a cross-functional process that includes working with product, engineering, legal, operations, and medical teams.
  • Put in place commercial agreements for products and services offered to customers.
  • Work directly with the Executive Team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • ~10+ years of experience with developing and executing partnerships in a business development team at a fast-moving company.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with the executive team of a public company.
  • Independent with a proven ability to deliver with limited oversight.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.
  • Proficiency with financials and financial modeling.
  • Experience in the consumer and/or healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical field is a plus.
