Backend Engineer (Node.js)

TL;DR

Backend Engineer (Node.js): Driving new feature delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration, working alongside product managers and partners to create awesome products with an accent on translating business requirements into actionable development code. What you will do

• Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration.
• Help manage deployments and set up CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practices.
• Write testable code with the help of modern tools.
• Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture.
• Participate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a minimum B2 level english.
• Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment with rapid iteration cycles.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies; experience working within Agile teams.
• Healthcare experience / projects ideally for U.S based companies
• Programming Languages: Typescript and Javascript
• Frameworks and tools (one or more): NodeJs, ExpressJs, Tailwind CSS
• APIs (one or more): GraphQL, Rest API
• Data storage (one or more): Postgresql, MySQL
• Working knowledge of GCP stack
• Deployment through (one or more): Gitlab CI, Github Actions, Circle CI, Travis CI
