What you will do
- Own HubSpot configuration, workflows, and data quality.
- Build and maintain automations in Zapier, HubSpot, Stripe, PandaDoc, Intercom, RevenueHero, and Claap.
- Translate sales/marketing experiment ideas into system changes.
- Create and maintain sales and marketing dashboards.
- Partner with Skedda Workplace’s RevOps team to maintain system consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops.
- Expert-level HubSpot configuration and workflow building.
- Strong automation/integration skills (Zapier required).
- Experience integrating CRM ↔ billing ↔ contracting tools.
- SaaS experience required; SMB SaaS a plus.
