What you will do

• Design and document analytics events, collaborating with developers and QA to ensure proper tracking and data reliability.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Test hypotheses, analyze feature performance, and extract key product insights.
• Run in-game A/B tests and interpret results to guide product decisions.
• Analyze mobile game monetization, including ads and in-app purchases.
• Provide monthly financial reports and review marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as a Data Analyst in mobile games.
• At least 1 year in a Senior or Lead capacity.
• Experience owning or designing a live analytics system.
• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery) and solid Python experience (Pandas, Numpy, Scipy).
• Good grounding in mathematical statistics and A/B testing methodology.
• Experience building ETL-processes (ideally on Airflow or similar).
• Comfortable working with BI tools (Tableau).

Nice to have

• Experience on mid-core / PvP shooter mobile games.
• Understanding of product economy (retention, monetization, engagement).
• Being a gamer (especially in shooters).
