Location: Remote (Australia)

What you will do

Iterate within an Agile squad to deliver shippable product increments.
Build next-generation client-side web applications for the hirify.global Orchestration product.
Collaborate with UX designers, Backend Engineers, and Product Managers to deliver features.
Be an ambassador for frontend stack quality, ensuring reusable code and best practices.
Own the product, identify technical debt, propose solutions, and define FE stack and architecture direction.
Operate across the full SDLC: design, implement, test, deploy, observe, maintain, and refine software services.

Requirements

BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, or a similar technical degree.
2-4 minimum experience in modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS web standards.
Experience with GIT, REST/JSON, and agile development.
Experience in React.
Demonstrated experience working within and contributing to a design system.
Web design skills and user experience fundamentals knowledge.
Experience in testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.

Nice to have

Experience with Redux, React hooks, and Typescript.
Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) tools.
