hirify.global is building the next-generation Cloud Property Management System (PMS) – a multi-service SaaS platform used by hotels to manage operations, bookings, and guest experiences.

What you will do

• Provide technical and delivery leadership for the team.
• Establish and maintain efficient development and delivery processes.
• Ensure code quality, architectural soundness, scalability, and performance.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the client-side product team.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and release activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET.
• Experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
• Practical experience working with microservices architecture.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

• Solid understanding of SaaS products and distributed systems.
