What you will do

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on developing production-grade AI and computer vision systems.
• Translate high-level research advancements into scalable engineering solutions and own the technical roadmap.
• Partner closely with research, product, and data teams to align engineering priorities and integrate AI models.
• Mentor engineers of varying seniority, fostering professional growth and a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence.
• Contribute to long-term technical strategy, leveraging large-scale data to deliver transformative mobility intelligence.

Requirements

• Master or PhD in Computer Science or AI related field.
• 5-10 years of experience building and deploying production-grade software systems, ideally in AI, computer vision, or large-scale data processing.
• 5+ years experience working on Robotics, ADAS or Autonomous Driving.
• Up-to-date experience and understanding of state-of-the-art Physical AI models and approaches, including VLMs, World Models, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, distributed systems, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering projects or teams.
