What you will do

• Design and develop reliable, scalable, cost-effective, reusable, and maintainable pipelines and tools for increasing experimentation velocity across hirify.global.
• Create reports, dashboards, and new metrics to measure user behavior and product performance.
• Develop documentation, lead training sessions, and troubleshoot technical issues related to the experimentation platform.
• Influence platform roadmap with insights learnt from supporting business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver features and solutions that add business value and delight our customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying quantitative and scientific methods to solve real-world business problems.
• Advanced experience in statistical analysis, test design, and experimentation.
• Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker), and scripting languages (Python, R).
• Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to construct impactful visualizations, communicate insights, and influence leadership.
