Focus on providing technical leadership, troubleshooting complex system issues, and ensuring solutions comply with security policies and industry standards.

Location: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Remote work arrangement or option to work from a company office location.

Salary: $120,200 to $161,685 + performance-related bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business objectives into technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions, including system integration and defining integration patterns with third-party applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation/development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a top-level technical expert for complex system design or operational performance issues, identifying root causes and devising effective solutions.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and statements of work (SOWs).
• Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, such as AI and cloud communications (UCaaS/CCaaS).

Requirements

• Deep expertise in hirify.global UC (Aura, Communication Manager, Session Manager, etc.) and CC solutions (Elite, Oceana, Workspaces, AEP, etc.).
• Strong understanding of AI, SIP, VoIP, network protocols.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in software development, architecture, or unified communications solution design and implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
