TL;DR

Manager, Corporate Sales (Cybersecurity): Leading and coaching a sales team to drive new logo business and meet revenue targets with an accent on sales strategies, technique, and end-to-end sales cycle management. Focus on applying critical thinking to increase close rates and collaborating with internal and channel partners.

Location: Hybrid role with a typical requirement of 3 days per week in the North Sydney office, with interstate travel required from time to time.

What you will do

  • Deliver successful customer outcomes and meet revenue targets across a team of Corporate Account Executives.
  • Coach Account Executives on sales strategies, technique, and best practices for end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help sellers be more effective and increase close rates.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new A-Class sellers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Channel Teams to amplify customer engagement and expand investment.
  • Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and an expert of the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • Full sales cycle experience in an Account Executive / Account Manager capacity, selling to a technical audience.
  • Proven understanding of Cloud, SaaS, IT Operations, and the stakeholders involved.
  • Desire to be hands-on with your sales team and in front of customers daily.
  • Proven experience with industry-standard sales methodologies and strong executive negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven forecasting with impeccable operational rigor and superuser of CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Front-line sales leadership experience with a history of meeting/exceeding quota and leading successful sales teams.

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity industry experience.
  • Experience with cloud-native security platforms and solutions.
  • Advanced experience in industry standard sales frameworks.
