What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to strategic accounts, building trusted relationships and identifying high-value opportunities.
• Work with Customer Success to take full ownership of client relationships, from running pilots to guiding full-firm adoption.
• Be the voice of the user inside hirify.global, sharing insights that directly inform product development and roadmap priorities.
• Deliver clear product demos and training.
• Document best practices and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks.
• Help clients navigate the shift in how the legal business operates, from evaluating the ROI of AI to mapping its impact on different practice areas.

Requirements

• Have a background in law, with experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal team.
• Are tech-curious and product-savvy, with passion navigating technical conversations around generative AI.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, both lawyers and engineers.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity, and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment.
• Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies.
• Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once.
