Location: Hybrid: 4 days per week in the office, 1 day working from home in London, UK

What you will do

  • Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other social networks.
  • Screen CVs and job applications, assessing relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviors.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain candidates’ interest and engagement with hirify.global, managing expectations and negotiating offers.
  • Network across the company, building strong relationships with internal customers at all levels.

Requirements

  • A proven track record as an agency recruiter or in-house/TA experience specifically in software engineering / technology recruitment.
  • Proven experience of delivering Tech recruitment ideally internationally.
  • Experience in recruitment within Financial Services is beneficial.
  • Fluent English. Additional languages are an advantage particularly Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Highly organised and autonomous with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible mindset and the ability to cope with our fast-paced culture.
