What you will do
- Identify and acquire new companies to build a database of clients.
- Create, develop, and manage new business opportunities, working alongside the Head of Sales and Country Manager.
- Onboard new clients and cross-sell to existing clients.
- Provide a high level of customer service and client servicing.
- Work closely with the wider team and report on sales progress.
Requirements
- Sales and/or relationship management experience in the financial services sector.
- Experience within a B2B or client-facing environment.
- Speak fluent English and Latvian.
- High-level understanding of the SME and the Midcap sector.
- Flexible mindset and a sense of urgency.
- Ideally a background in Banking, Fund management or the Forex industry.
