What you will do

  • Originate new business by targeting client prospects with turnover of £50M+.
  • Sell cash management, FX hedging, and international payment products.
  • Understand client businesses, strategies, and challenges to provide optimal hirify.global solutions.
  • Support strong client relationships through ongoing contact and quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals in the FX industry.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on market feedback.
  • Skilled negotiator and communicator, able to build relationships at senior levels including C-suite.
  • Relationship-focused, nurturing long-term commercial relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Good understanding of business needs from a treasury & budgeting perspective.
  • Fluent in Latvian & English.
