What you will do

  • Hire and lead a team of Account Executives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Streamline and optimize the sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their requirements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Establish key performance metrics and analytics to measure sales team performance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, exceed targets, and expand customer accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to shape sales strategies and drive business growth.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing managers is a strong bonus.
