What you will do

• Provide architectural & technical leadership in solving highly complex, cross-cutting technical problems and establishing technical direction.
• Lead architectural design for complex systems, balancing technical debt with business needs and designing for long-term extensibility.
• Define and enforce clear coding principles, engineering standards, and testing strategies across diverse codebases.
• Integrate end-to-end AI solutions adhering to AI-Native principles.
• Execute highly complex, strategic initiatives, proactively resolving systemic impediments and architectural shortcomings.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years developing systems/software (Java, J2EE).
• 2+ years designing complex distributed systems or applications.
• Experience applying AI technologies/tools (SageMaker, Vert.x, LangChain, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, DialogFlow, Python) to solutions.
• Experience with one of: Front-end (React, Angular) OR Back-end (Java, Spring).
• Prior cloud computing (AWS/GCP) experience highly desired.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
