What you will do
- Drive growth and retention through upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewals.
- Partner with product and executive teams for strategic account planning aligned with customer objectives.
- Lead a portfolio of 5-10 key accounts, ensuring high-touch support and strategic guidance.
- Engage with clients on-site at least once a week to build trust and ensure alignment.
- Advocate for customer needs internally, providing insights to improve offerings.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Strategic Customer Success or Key Account Management, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS startups.
- Proven track record managing large, complex accounts with $1M+ in ARR or equivalent scope.
- Skilled consultative approach, working with executive stakeholders, operations leaders, and contributors.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership autonomously.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and internal influence.
- Comfortable with weekly local travel and regular in-person meetings within a two-hour drive.
