Media Executive (Marketing): Supporting the execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads with an accent on translating client objectives into effective media strategies. Location: Hybrid role with two mandatory days in the London Office (Soho) per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

What you will do

• Support the planning and day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Assist in audience research, budget management, campaign setup, pacing, and optimisation.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to weekly and end-of-campaign reporting.
• Develop analytical skills by working with data, benchmarks, and performance insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader strategy and client objectives.
• Gain exposure to emerging tools and AI-powered workflows used across the paid media team.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience executing paid media campaigns in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, or similar platforms is a must.
• Strong interest in applying analytics and data to solve real-world marketing challenges.
• Confident working with numbers and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
• Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for entertainment, culture, tourism, travel, or pop culture is a plus.
