Sales Operations - Crm Administrator (SaaS): Designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency with an accent on Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, customization, and administration for 1,000+ users. Focus on building and maintaining revenue analytics frameworks, streamlining workflows, and optimizing the customer lifecycle.

Location: Must be based in Palo Alto.

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and optimize revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Serve as Salesforce Sales Cloud expert, managing configuration, customization, and administration for 1,000+ users.
  • Manage and optimize the complete sales technology stack and integrations.
  • Build and maintain revenue analytics framework including dashboards, reports, and forecasting models.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and optimize the customer lifecycle.
  • Design and implement training programs and documentation to maximize platform adoption.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations roles.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) with expert-level proficiency in Sales Cloud.
  • Proven track record supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations (500+ users).
  • Strong analytical and data management skills with experience building reports and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and process improvements.
  • Must be based in Palo Alto.

Nice to have

  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator (ADM 211), Platform App Builder, or other Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or other Salesforce products beyond Sales Cloud.
  • Background in SaaS, B2B tech, or fast-paced startup environments.
