What you will do
- Design, implement, and optimize revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Serve as Salesforce Sales Cloud expert, managing configuration, customization, and administration for 1,000+ users.
- Manage and optimize the complete sales technology stack and integrations.
- Build and maintain revenue analytics framework including dashboards, reports, and forecasting models.
- Lead cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and optimize the customer lifecycle.
- Design and implement training programs and documentation to maximize platform adoption.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations roles.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) with expert-level proficiency in Sales Cloud.
- Proven track record supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations (500+ users).
- Strong analytical and data management skills with experience building reports and dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and process improvements.
- Must be based in Palo Alto.
Nice to have
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator (ADM 211), Platform App Builder, or other Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or other Salesforce products beyond Sales Cloud.
- Background in SaaS, B2B tech, or fast-paced startup environments.
