TL;DR
Marketing Lead (EMEA): Building and scaling a regional pipeline engine from the ground up, owning new business pipeline goals for the EMEA region. Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Office attendance is required at least twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and candidates must have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do
- Own and optimize demand generation strategy and pipeline targets for EMEA.
- Build regional marketing plans aligned with revenue goals and go-to-market priorities.
- Execute full-funnel marketing campaigns, including digital and in-person events.
- Localize and adapt global campaigns and content for EMEA audiences.
- Act as the primary marketing partner to EMEA Sales leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with various marketing teams (Partner, Demand Gen, Product, Brand, Ops & Analytics).
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, ideally in high-growth environments.
- Proven experience owning a regional pipeline number and driving measurable revenue impact.
- Strong marketing generalist skillset with experience in field marketing and in-person events.
- Deep comfort partnering with Sales and localizing marketing programs for EMEA markets.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working autonomously as a first regional hire.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong bias toward testing, learning, and optimization.
- Candidates must have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom.
