What you will do

• Serve as a key strategic partner to external clients and intercompany teams.
• Champion new ideas, concepts, and solutions to clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure client expectations and deliverables are met accurately, on time, and on budget.
• Manage matrixed teams, providing guidance and thought leadership on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage development and execution of omni-channel marketing.
• Establish, improve, and maintain processes and documents for project organization and accuracy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of client leadership experience in a digital agency or marketing consultancy.
• Finely tuned communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, engaging, and persuasive presentation style.
• Fluency in digital products/deliverables, web development technologies, and design thinking.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience managing CX engagements (strategy + UX/UI design) with multiple project tracks and teams.
