What you will do

• Manage large-scale, complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality.
• Design, implement, and monitor operational plans, identifying and resolving issues to minimize delays.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to secure resources and align priorities.
• Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Coordinate and mentor less experienced project managers, influencing project delivery decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Specialized deep and broad expertise in project management methodologies.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and evaluate variable factors effectively.
• Experience leading or coordinating activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
• Strong industry knowledge, with expertise in financial services preferred.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
