What you will do

• Integrate hirify.global with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Shopify across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments.
• Implement and customize hirify.global’s features to match each customer’s unique environment and business needs.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with enterprise clients and translate their needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deploy solutions connecting with the customer's systems in place.
• Configure, optimize, and enrich solutions to consolidate data and support key features.
• Build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and implement JavaScript libraries for system integration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and modern UI frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Ease of navigating across sophisticated tech stacks and B2B ecosystems.
• Consulting experience with proven ability to operate in client-facing roles and manage communication.
• Strong ownership mindset, able to lead projects, prioritize effectively, and stay structured under pressure.
• German fluency (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale system integrations or cloud enterprise platforms.
• Background in search, commerce or information architecture.
• Python, Node.js or Java experience.
