What you will do
- Drive growth and retention by prospecting, developing, and closing upsell, cross-sell opportunities, and contract renewals.
- Partner with hirify.global product and executive teams to develop and execute long-term success plans.
- Lead a portfolio of 5-10 key accounts, providing personalized, high-touch support and strategic guidance.
- Be present with clients on-site at least once a week to build trust and understand evolving goals.
- Advocate for customer needs internally, providing insights to Product, Finance, and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Strategic Customer Success or Key Account Management, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS startups.
- Proven track record managing a few large, complex accounts with $1M+ in ARR or equivalent scope.
- Skilled at working consultatively with executive stakeholders, operations leaders, and contributors.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership without needing constant direction.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, ensuring customer feedback is integrated into product and service enhancements.
- Comfortable with weekly local travel for regular in-person meetings, drop-ins, and trainings within a two-hour drive.
