What you will do
- Lead business case analysis expertise and practices in the Nordics team.
- Manage and report on the Growth business portfolio.
- Define business models and build business cases for new opportunities.
- Provide key expertise for pricing and monetization planning.
- Evaluate potential M&A and partnership opportunities.
- Drive progress of selected Growth projects in close collaboration with business and international teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Economics or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, focused on commercial initiatives including M&A.
- Experience from management/strategy consulting and in-house business development/corporate strategy in a larger corporate.
- Proven track record in transforming new business concepts into successful propositions and presenting business cases.
- Project/portfolio management experience.
- Excellent Finnish and English speaking and writing skills required.
Nice to have
- Curiosity about and understanding of the latest innovative digital developments, like artificial intelligence.
- Fluency in Swedish.
- Genuine interest and knowledge of the educational market.
