What you will do

• Progress GSI practice development, pipeline creation, co-selling revenue, and asset/solution development.
• Execute, manage, and deliver against pipeline and bookings tied to joint GSI strategies.
• Conduct regular sales cadence with GSI’s and hirify.global stakeholders.
• Accelerate GSI capacity on the hirify.global platform and drive enablement.
• Ensure effective internal & external communication and coordination of GSI sales strategy and execution.
• Manage a small team of Partner Sales Managers.

Requirements

• Strong track record of success selling to, though, and with global alliances.
• Software industry domain expertise (preferably SaaS), with CRM and CX knowledge.
• Ability to think strategically, execute, and drive cross-functional programs.
• Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing senior executives/partners.
• Strong team leader and player who can motivate and encourage others.
• Must be legally permitted to work in Singapore.
