What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Participate in architectural discussions and vendor selection processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for various IT teams.
• Manage the project roadmap, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Serve as the point of contact between the IT department and other business units.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, conflicts, and roadblocks within projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of project management experience in an IT or Engineering environment.
• Deep understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum frameworks as well as Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
• Broad IT knowledge and hands-on experience across multiple domains (architectures, software development, cloud solutions, security).
• Good level of English.

Nice to have

• PMP or CSM certifications.
• Familiarization with IT-related standards (ISO27001, ABDO, NIS).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with business continuity solutions and principles.
• Ability to use business modeling notations such as BPMN, UML, EPC, IDEF.
