What you will do
- Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for partner-facing technologies, including the partner portal and Demand-to-Cash.
- Oversee the design and delivery of systems for partner onboarding, quoting, ordering, and reporting with a focus on automation and APIs.
- Deliver partner commerce technology solutions using automation for touch-less ordering and provisioning for MSSPs, Distributors, and Market Place Provisioners.
- Collaborate with GTM, sales, and alliance leadership to deliver user-centric partner technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Optimize Lead-to-Cash configurations for partner-specific pricing, bundling, and transactions within the GTM application ecosystem.
- Leverage data and AI for insights, forecasting, opportunity insights, and workflow automation, defining and tracking relevant KPIs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications and GTM technologies with a focus on partner ecosystems, Demand-to-Cash, custom development and integrations.
- Proven experience with API and Integration Platforms, implementing partner-facing APIs for automation and B2B interactions.
- Experience supporting MSSPs, OEMs, distributors, and technology alliances in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and Partner Portals, with proven ability to architect, deploy, and optimize solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strategic Leadership, Results-Driven Mindset, and superior written/verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Willingness to travel (~10%) for business and team functions.
- Experience with automation (EDI’s, building APIs for order automation and provisioning) and process improvement.
- Prior Product Management experience within a Salesforce/CPQ Revenue Management platform or Salesforce partner-channel-alliance portal environments.
