Location: Must be based in Canada and maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.

Salary: $190,000–$280,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Oversee a team of Managers and Security Operations Analysts.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define strategic cybersecurity objectives and goals.
• Assist in setting and advancing the strategic vision for the Falcon Complete team.
• Ensure the team leads Security Operations functions including monitoring, analysis, and remediation.
• Direct functional management of Managers and ensure their teams are adequately equipped.
• Manage budget for corresponding operation costs and maintain healthy ARR figures for the region.

Requirements

• 8-10 years’ experience leading information technology and/or security teams in engineering, design, and operations.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience building threat-based cybersecurity programs and implementing security controls.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a remote, geographically dispersed team.
• Experience in a leadership role within a Security Operations Center.
• Background in Incident Handling, Computer Forensic Analysis, Systems Administration, Network Forensic Analysis, Malware Analysis, or Incident Remediation.
• Strong understanding of secure network architecture and network operations.
