Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and inspire a distributed team of designers to deliver world-class user interfaces.
• Partner with design, engineering, and product management to prioritize roadmap and manage team allocation.
• Communicate design objectives and principles to the broader team.
• Mentor and coach designers to foster accountability, elevate craft, and support professional growth.
• Optimize team processes and structures to enhance strategic influence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Foster design excellence through consistent design reviews, constructive feedback, and cohesive solution development.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with designers, PM/Eng partners, and other managers.
• Hands-on enterprise B2B SaaS product design expertise.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• Self-driven, growth-oriented, open to feedback, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to create alignment among stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly distributed environment.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Online portfolio.
• Ability to work from our Arlington office 2+ days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in platform level design.
• Experience in product design for Cloud infrastructure, ERP, or other data-heavy SaaS product areas.
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.
