- Lead and inspire a distributed team of designers to deliver world-class user interfaces.
- Partner with design, engineering, and product management to prioritize roadmap and manage team allocation.
- Communicate design objectives and principles to the broader team.
- Mentor and coach designers to foster accountability, elevate craft, and support professional growth.
- Optimize team processes and structures to enhance strategic influence and cross-functional collaboration.
- Foster design excellence through consistent design reviews, constructive feedback, and cohesive solution development.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with designers, PM/Eng partners, and other managers.
- Hands-on enterprise B2B SaaS product design expertise.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Self-driven, growth-oriented, open to feedback, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to create alignment among stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly distributed environment.
- At least 3 years of people management experience.
- Online portfolio.
- Ability to work from our Arlington office 2+ days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in platform level design.
- Experience in product design for Cloud infrastructure, ERP, or other data-heavy SaaS product areas.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.
