What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Ensure the support, analysis, prioritization, and follow-up of customer requests.
• Act as a second project manager, supporting senior management in planning, monitoring progress, and meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate and optimize the use of internal and external resources.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose mitigation plans.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a similar field or equivalent experience as a project manager.
• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in customer support or service.
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• A good command of French and English is required for frequent communication.
