TL;DR

Sales Intern (Fintech): Supporting the hirify.global Payments and hirify.global Custody Sales teams to build a robust pool of potential customers with an accent on qualifying leads to identify viable sales opportunities. Focus on developing strategy, sourcing, and securing strategic relationships with crypto friendly payment companies, FinTech, and banks to deliver hirify.global’s vision.

Location: In-office collaboration for moments that matter is important to our culture, and we give managers and teams the flexibility to decide which 10+ days a month they come in.

Salary: $28—$30.50 USD hourly (NY)

hirify.global is building a world where value moves like information does today through crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments, and developers.

What you will do

  • Conduct industry and market research to identify key market opportunities.
  • Source prospective hirify.global partners including payment and FinTech companies, financial institutions and digital asset infrastructure players, and tech companies.
  • Support the sourcing of new deals by searching for opportunities on major platforms, databases, attending conferences, meetups, among others.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams; collaborate with compliance, legal, and finance to ensure efficient and compliant strategy execution.
  • Spot opportunities through structured qualitative customer feedback, quantitative analyses, and competitive analyses.
  • Be the “voice of the market” through industry research, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a business degree program with a graduation date of 2027.
  • Available to work for 12 weeks during Summer 2026, beginning in May or June.
  • Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship.
  • Ideal candidates are creative problem solvers, strong communicators, and action-oriented leaders who influence cross-functionally and leverage data insights to execute swiftly.
  • Passion for FinTech, blockchain and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in consulting, business development, product marketing, strategic partnerships or web3.
