Focus on translating experimental results into products and ensuring models are well tested, documented, and maintained.

Location: Remote from Canada, with a remote-first team operating coast to coast in North America.

What you will do

• Build and productionize machine learning models from conception to deployment.
• Design and execute product experiments to improve client experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Growth, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Translate experimental results into products and spearhead data modelling strategy.
• Ensure models are well tested, documented, and maintained for reliability.
• Take ownership, release incrementally, and iterate on solutions.

Requirements

• Deep experience in building end-to-end productionized machine learning pipelines.
• Deep experience in complex experimental design (A/B tests, factorial design).
• Strong technical skills in coding (SQL & Python) and statistical methods.
• Comfortable with data modelling and software engineering best practices such as dbt, unit testing, and version control.
• Extensive experience with machine learning feature engineering.
• Ability to build and maintain multi-functional relationships across various teams.
• English: B2 required.
