What you will do

  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) for data accuracy and reporting.
  • Schedule interviews and process candidate documentation, including reference checks.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates, providing updates and preparing offers.
  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure data protection compliance.

Requirements

  • HR Degree or a degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in a Human Resource Department, preferably in recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using HR Systems and maintaining databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
