What you will do

• Build and maintain feature modules, acting as the guardian of their quality.
• Work with a cross-functional team (Product, Design, Backend) to help define and implement new features.
• Ensure initiatives are aligned with both technical best practices and product goals.
• Act as a technical reference for your team and share your experience with other Android Engineers.
• Help improve our architecture, tooling, and performance practices.
• Mentor your peers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong experience building top-tier Android apps using Kotlin, Coroutines, Anvil, and Compose.
• Excellent Computer Science foundation (data structures, algorithms, software design).
• Experience working in large modular codebases shared by multiple teams.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• The ability to balance technical trade-offs with product impact.
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing a Design System.
• Experience with the Gradle build system and CI automation.
• Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities.
• A specific passion for accessibility standards and inclusive design.
