What you will do

• Take a data-driven approach to analyze, interpret, and make strategic decisions in support of the development and implementation of responsible gaming strategies.
• Keep up to date with new developments and make adjustments to the strategy to ensure adherence to gaming regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to ensure high standards of responsible gaming practices.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, working closely with data departments.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on compliance and responsible gaming initiatives.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Education, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field and familiarity with gambling regulations in Germany will be considered equivalent to a degree.
• Fluency in German and English is essential. Native level of written and spoken German is a prerequisite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
